Private pilot privacy

Effective October 10, 2026. This notice describes the current private pilot, not a future paid-account service.

Access and sessions

The pilot verifies an access code against a salted verifier on the server. A necessary secure session cookie keeps you signed in for up to 12 hours. Sessions are held in server memory and end on expiry, logout or a server restart. The application does not log submitted codes or session-cookie values.

Service infrastructure

Requests pass through our hosting and HTTPS infrastructure, including Cloudflare. Network and security metadata such as IP addresses, request times and browser information may be processed by that infrastructure. Do not assume that all infrastructure metadata has the same retention period as game data.

Game observations

We retain a rolling 30-day backend history of game observations and model results for quality review. This is game data, not a record of individual users' ticket purchases. Calibration state and operational backups are separate from the rolling observation history. The history and model-review reports are not available through the dashboard.

Accounts and payments

The pilot has no public registration, customer billing or payment-card collection. We do not currently add advertising trackers to these pages. If account or payment services are introduced, this notice will be updated to describe their actual data, providers, purposes and choices before collection begins.

Use Lock dashboard to end your session. For privacy questions or applicable rights requests, contact [email protected]. If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide; do not send passwords or payment-card details. Do not use this adults-only pilot if you are under 18.
